The 6601W is a precision-engineered diaphragm and voice coil assembly designed for high-performance compression drivers. Manufactured using the dedicated 6601 Mold, the diaphragm features an outer diameter of 106mm with a tightly controlled thickness of 0.27mm (±0.01mm), ensuring consistent acoustic performance and reliable repeatability across production runs.
The integrated voice coil is built on a TIL former with a coil diameter of Ø66mm, wound with EI 0.20mm copper wire at 6.5Ω (±0.3Ω) resistance. The 6.0mm wire width and 180° exit wire configuration provide stable electrical characteristics and straightforward integration into driver assemblies. Bonded with white glue for secure, long-lasting adhesion, the 6601W is a reliable, production-ready component for professional compression driver manufacturing.
