Battery Tab Tape
Used for lithium battery steel shell, aluminum shell, cylinder, soft pack battery pole ear. Wrap the ultrasonic welding joint to prevent the solder joint from puncturing the diaphragm, resulting in short circuit of the coil core, high temperature resistance, electrolyte corrosion resistance, to prevent the battery internal resistance.
This tape is specially designed for the protection of pole ears on lithium batteries, including steel shell batteries, aluminum shell batteries, cylindrical batteries and soft pack batteries. It is mainly used to wrap and cover ultrasonic welding joints of pole ears. It can effectively stop sharp welding spots from piercing the diaphragm, so as to avoid short circuit of the cell core.
Boasting excellent high temperature resistance and outstanding resistance to electrolyte corrosion, the tape works stably in harsh internal environments of lithium batteries. Meanwhile, it helps control and stabilize the internal resistance of batteries, maintaining consistent electrical performance and extending the overall service life of products. It is an essential auxiliary material for lithium battery production and assembly.
